The website https://www.nautybeauty.com is an electronic store registered in the E-commerce Register under No. 997 as of 29/05/2023 and of the San Marino E-commerce Business Register for Retailing No. 11570. By placing an order on www.nautybeauty.com you confirm that you have read and agree in full to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy. Each order transmitted to Nauty Natural Beauty is equivalent to a customer contract proposal Therefore, it is binding for Nauty Natural Beauty only if it is complete in all its parts, therefore, it contains all the elements that can correctly identify the products and the buyer’s personal information.

Nauty Natural Beauty reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or orders lacking the data necessary for their fulfillment. a documentation for tax purposes relating to the products ordered is issued by Nauty Natural Beauty at the time of shipment of the same to the customer. Nauty Natural Beauty ships nationwide via GLS courier service. Delivery is Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays and on Italian and San Marino holidays. orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday or the first available business day. Delivery is generally in 1-2 days, throughout Italy from the time the package is picked up by the express courier; for certain areas, including islands, isolated or inconvenient locations, delivery may take longer. These timelines are out of our control so we cannot guarantee them. Upon departure of the shipment, the customer will receive an email from the Gls courier to make arrangements for the first delivery attempt. In the absence of instructions the delivery attempt will still be made. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the customer will receive an additional to agree on the second delivery attempt (in case of no instruction, the courier will still make the redelivery attempt). In the event of further non-delivery on the second attempt, the package will go into storage for 7 days and can be picked up at the relevant Gls location or an additional delivery can be made upon request and for a fee.

Nauty Natural Beauty will make every effort to have the products delivered to the consumer within the specified time. The consumer is urged to contact info@nautybeauty.com in case of late delivery and otherwise report any detected inefficiency. Nauty Natural Beauty is not responsible for unforeseeable delays and/or attributable to the Courier alone. In case of out of stock products, the company will promptly inform the buyer.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Each purchase is governed by the current Republic of San Marino regulations. If there is a dispute that may arise from the interpretation and/or application of the General Conditions, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer shall have jurisdiction only if located in the Italian territory.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Upon receipt of the package, we ask the buyer to verify that the packaging is undamaged, not damaged or wet. Shipping costs are set at €7 per order. The prices of our products are in euros, including VAT. Shipping is free over 70€ of order. For shipments to Germany, shipping costs are set at 14€ per order .Shipping, in this case, will be free for orders over 100€.
